Elite Roof Panel with Eze-Breeze Three-Season Enclosure
North Georgia
Services
EZE-Breeze window systems and porch conversions that extend your outdoor living season — weather-resistant, not climate-controlled.
A three-season room is a porch enclosed with Eze-Breeze window units. Instead of glass, the panels are a durable stretch vinyl, with screen built in behind every pane — and each unit is made to size for its opening. Slide the panes open and you get far more airflow than traditional glass windows allow; open them fully and the room is basically a screen patio. The vinyl panes can even be lifted out completely, turning the space into a fully open screened porch whenever you want it.
Eze-Breeze panels slide open and closed, so you can adjust ventilation and weather protection as conditions change — protection from wind, rain, pollen, and insects, without giving up the open, airy feel of an outdoor room. It's not insulated like a glass sunroom, which is exactly what makes it the more cost-efficient way to enclose a porch.
And 'three-season' doesn't mean the room sits empty all winter. Add a small space heater and the space stays comfortable and usable through most Georgia winter days — on top of spring, summer, and fall, when it's at its best.
Every Eze-Breeze unit is ordered to size, made to fit the opening you already have — there's no reframing your porch around a stock window size.
Three-season rooms can be built from scratch or converted from an existing screened porch.
EZE-Breeze panels are vinyl-glazed aluminum-framed panels that slide open and closed. They provide weather protection while maintaining the feel of an open porch when opened. Every Eze-Breeze unit is ordered to size, made to fit the opening you already have — there's no reframing your porch around a stock window size.
An existing screened porch can often be converted to a three-season room by replacing the screen panels with EZE-Breeze window panels. We'll evaluate the existing framing to determine compatibility.
Knee walls below the window panels provide a more finished look and can be built to various heights depending on the design.
Ceiling fans, lighting, and electrical outlets can be incorporated into three-season rooms. Electrical work is evaluated on a per-project basis.
Entry doors for three-season rooms may use a bug sweep rather than a raised weatherproof threshold. These rooms are weather-resistant, not fully weathertight.
Three-season rooms can be combined with a patio cover or Elite insulated roof panels for a complete covered and windowed outdoor room.
Every three-season room project starts with photos of your space, your location, and rough measurements — Justin puts together a preliminary proposal from there. If you're on the same page, he'll schedule a walk-through to evaluate your existing porch or patio, assess the framing, and discuss your options.
These rooms are weather-resistant but not completely watertight. In heavy rain with wind, some moisture may enter around the panels. This is normal for this type of system and is not a defect.
Final pricing depends on the size of the space, existing structural conditions, window configuration, and any electrical or roofing work included.
