Mystic Motorized Screens
A screen that shows up when you want it — and disappears when you don't.
East Coast Patio Pros is an authorized dealer and installer for Mystic Motorized Screens, made right here in Georgia by Advanced Screenworks in Winder. With the push of a button, a Mystic screen lowers to close in your porch, patio, lanai, or garage opening — blocking bugs, cutting glare and heat, and adding privacy. Push it again and it rolls up into its housing, and your open space is wide open again.
These are custom-built systems for large openings — from 3 feet up to 21 feet wide, and up to 14 feet tall — so the wide spans where a fixed screen enclosure would need posts and panels every few feet can be covered by a single clean screen.
Mystic is the brand of motorized screens we use — but if you'd like to use another brand that meets our standards, we're all for it.
Built to stay put in the wind
A Mystic screen runs in a continuous zipper track system with a weighted bottom bar, so the fabric stays in its tracks instead of blowing out on a breezy evening — and it never needs re-tensioning. The housing is a clean, rounded hood that blends into the top of your opening, with a brush seal that helps keep insects out when the screen is down.
Your fabric, your call
- Insect screen — keeps the bugs out and lets the breeze through.
- Solar screen — adds shade, UV protection, and daytime privacy, in a range of openness levels — more shade and privacy, or a little more view and airflow. We'll walk you through the actual fabrics and samples in your proposal.
- Frame and fabric colors to match your home — frames in White, Black, Beige, Stucco, or Dark Bronze, and solar fabrics in six colors.
Installed by a factory-trained dealer — backed locally
We didn't just sign up to sell these. Justin has been through hands-on, in-house training at the Advanced Screenworks factory in Winder on the Mystic system — measuring, mounting, motors, and remotes. And because our supplier is local, if you ever have a question or a problem with your screen, we have the Winder warehouse and our factory rep directly behind us for parts and support. No 1-800 runaround.
The Mystic motor is backed by a 20-year manufacturer's warranty, and every installation is covered by East Coast Patio Pros' own 1-year workmanship warranty.
What to expect
Mystic Screens are hardwired, remote-operated systems, so we'll talk through the electrical side during your estimate — it's simple, and we'll tell you exactly what your space needs before anything is ordered. Every unit is measured and built to your opening, so final pricing depends on the size of the opening, the fabric you choose, and the framing and electrical conditions at your home.
The fastest way to get a real number is a quick call. Send us photos of your patio and rough measurements and we'll put together a preliminary proposal — or just call and talk it through with Justin:
Lifestyle Garage Screens
Your garage is the biggest room in your house that you're not using. Let's fix that.
East Coast Patio Pros is an authorized dealer and installer for Lifestyle Screens — the patented garage door screen system made by Advanced Screenworks in Winder, Georgia. The Lifestyle screen turns your garage into a man cave, home gym, workshop, party room, or just a breezy, bug-free place to hang out — in about the time it takes to open the door.
How it works
The Lifestyle Screen works with your existing garage door — it doesn't replace it. It is a screen system that goes down behind your garage door: your garage door must be up for the screen to come down, and it stays up and out of the way whenever you don't need it. The system mounts inside your garage on its own track, completely independent of your garage door's tracks. It's spring-loaded and counterbalanced, so there's no motor and nothing to plug in:
Raise your garage door, and pull the Lifestyle screen down into place by hand — it lowers in seconds, so you can pull your car in and out just like always.
Done for the day? The screen glides back up and stores horizontally, tucked under your open garage door and out of the way.
It also comes with an industry-first retractable center door, so you can walk in and out all day without raising the whole screen. (If you'd rather not have the center door, that version is available too.)
Built like it means it
- Frame: 2″×2″ architectural-grade aluminum with a baked-on finish — White, Brownstone, Sandstone, or Black.
- Sizes: built for openings 6 to 18 feet wide and 7 to 10 feet tall, including two-car garages.
- Screen choices: charcoal insect screen for maximum airflow, or an upgraded heavy-duty screen for extra durability, daytime privacy, and pet resistance — we'll show you both in your proposal.
- Warranty: the Lifestyle frame and parts carry the manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty (the screen mesh itself is excluded), and your installation is covered by East Coast Patio Pros' 1-year workmanship warranty.
Dealer-installed, factory-trained, locally backed
Justin has completed hands-on, in-house training on the Lifestyle system at the Advanced Screenworks factory in Winder — the same place these screens are made. And if you ever need a part or a hand with your screen down the road, our factory rep and the Winder warehouse are right here in North Georgia, directly behind every install we do.
