Foam-core insulated aluminum panels with a clean finished ceiling — a significant upgrade over standard patio covers for year-round outdoor comfort.
Elite insulated aluminum roof panels are a premium patio cover system built around a foam-core construction — two aluminum skins bonded to a rigid foam insulation core. The result is a panel that transfers significantly less radiant heat than a standard single-skin aluminum cover.
The underside of the panel provides a clean, finished ceiling appearance. This makes it suitable for ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and fan-beam systems that would look out of place on an open-frame cover.
These panels are low-maintenance, hold up well in the Georgia climate, and can be integrated with gutters, downspouts, and electrical systems. They are not a climate-controlled solution — they reduce heat transfer, but they do not eliminate it.
An Elite roof panel cover is also the right starting point for whatever comes next. Add glass windows and it becomes a complete sunroom that can be climate-controlled. Want a three-season room instead? Eze-Breeze windows can be installed under the same cover. Or keep it open and screen it in. We can build the cover now and come back for the enclosure later — and if we know your plans before we start, we can set the structure up so that future upgrade goes in much easier. The options are wide open.
Elite panels can be configured in several ways depending on your space and goals.
The insulated core reduces radiant heat transfer compared to non-insulated aluminum covers. Covered spaces feel noticeably cooler in summer, though they are not climate-controlled.
The underside of the panel presents a smooth, finished appearance — suitable for ceiling fans, lighting, and a polished overall look.
Fan beams are structural aluminum beams integrated into the panel system that allow ceiling fans to be mounted flush with the ceiling for a clean, built-in appearance.
Gutters can be integrated directly into the panel system to manage water runoff cleanly and direct it away from your foundation.
Recessed lighting can be incorporated into the panel system. Electrical rough-in and fixture installation are evaluated on a per-project basis.
Panel systems can be configured in a range of widths and lengths to fit your specific space. We design the layout during the on-site estimate.
Elite insulated panels reduce radiant heat — they do not eliminate it. On a very hot Georgia afternoon, a covered space will still be warm. The improvement over a non-insulated cover is real and meaningful, but it is not air conditioning.
These panels are a long-term investment. They are low-maintenance, durable, and designed to last. Final pricing depends on the size of the cover, structural conditions, electrical requirements, and selected options.
Every Elite roof panel project starts with photos of your space, your location, and rough measurements — Justin puts together a preliminary proposal from there. If you're on the same page, he'll schedule a walk-through to evaluate your space and existing structure before recommending a layout and configuration.
